Abuzer Aydın: Belediyede işe alımlarda şeffaf bir yol izlendi
Yaylakonak Belediyesinde işe alımlar konusunda Yaylakonak Belediye Başkanı Abuzer Aydın yaptığı açıklamada şunları söyledi:
Son günlerde bazı sosyal medya hesaplarında, haber sitelerinde ve basın-yayın organlarında Yaylakonak Belediyesi işçi alımıyla ilgili olarak iftira niteliğinde, gerçeği yansıtmayan beyanlarla kamuoyu yanıltılmaya çalışılmaktadır.
Söz konusu işçi alımı süreci tamamen hukuki çerçevede yürütülmüş, tüm yasal prosedürlere uyulmuştur. İşkur üzerinden ilan verilmiş, 52 kişi başvuruda bulunmuş, 41 başvuru dosyası geçerli kabul edilmiş, 25 aday mülakata katılmış ve 13 kişi mülakat sonucunda belirlenmiştir.
Süreç başından sonuna kadar şeffaf, titiz ve hukuka uygun bir şekilde işlemiştir. Tüm kayıtlar ilgili birimlerde mevcut olup, kamu denetimine açıktır.
