Adıyaman İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü ile Dünya Gıda ve Tarım Örgütü FAO arasında imzalanan “Adıyaman’daki Kadın Kooperatiflerinde İş ve Kapasite Geliştirilmesi ile Girişimcilik Eğitimleri Projesi” kapsamında Besni-Atmalı Kadın Kooperatifi’ne üye 16 kadın üreticiye şiddetsiz iletişim eğitimi verildi.
Japonya hükümetinin fonladığı proje, REALs Vakfı uzmanları tarafından protokol gereği FAO’nun proje yürüttüğü illerde yapıldı. Gün boyu süren eğitimde değişik aktivitelerle kadınların çevreleri ile olan ilişkilerinde şiddetten uzak nasıl iletişim kurulacağı konularında eğitim verildi.
REALs Vakfı uzmanları tarafından verilen eğitime FAO’nun Adıyaman’daki proje ortağı İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü’nde görevli proje koordinatörleri de katıldı.
