Depremde Vefat Eden ATSO Başkanının Yerine Oğlu Önerildi.
Depremde hayatını kaybeden ATSO Başkanı İrfan Torunoğlu’nun yerine, oğlu Mehmet Torunoğlu’nun seçilmesi için ATSO Yönetim Kurulu büyük bir vefa örneği göstererek 10 asil ve 10 yedek üye toplu olarak istifa etti.
6 Şubat’ta meydana gelen ve 11 ilde etkili olan asrın felaketi diye nitelenen depremde büyük yıkım ve ölümle karşılaşan Adıyaman’da ATSO Başkanı İrfan Torunoğlu ve eşi Nebahat Torunoğlu da vefat etmişti.
Adıyaman Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası Yönetim Kurulu üyeleri, vefat eden ATSO Başkanı İrfan Torunoğlu’nun yerine kendi içlerinden bir yönetim kurulu başkanı atanması yerine, 10 asil ve 10 yedek üyeden oluşan yönetim kurulu üyelerinin tamamı istifa ederek, yeniden seçime gidilmesine kapı araladılar Böylece yapılacak seçimde bir başkası aday olmayacak, vefat eden İrfan Torunoğlu ve Nebahat Torunoğlu’nun oğlu iş insanı Mehmet Torunoğlu liderliğindeki yeni ve tek listenin seçime giderek, oylanacağı belirtildi.
