Belediye Başkanı İskender Yıldırım duyurdu: ‘Halk Ozanı Garip Kâmil’ yaşamını yitirdi
Adıyaman’ın Gölbaşı ilçesinin kültürel belleğinde önemli bir yer edinen halk ozanı Garip Kâmil’in (Kâmil Tezerdi) vefatı üzerine, Belediye Başkanı İskender Yıldırım bir taziye mesajı yayımladı.
Garip Kâmil’in, yıllar boyunca türkülerine yansıttığı duygularla ilçenin sesi olduğunu belirten Başkan Yıldırım, derin üzüntüsünü dile getirdi. Yıldırım, mesajında şu ifadelere yer verdi:
“İlçemizin kültürel zenginliklerinden biri olan, kıymetli halk ozanımız Garip Kâmil’in (Kâmil Tezerdi) vefatını büyük bir üzüntüyle öğrenmiş bulunmaktayım. Yıllarca türkülerinde ilçemizin tarihini, sevinçlerini ve hüzünlerini dile getiren Garip Kâmil, sadece bir ozan değil, aynı zamanda ilçemizin sesi ve gönül insanıydı. Onun dizelerinde hayat bulan kültürümüz, bizlere bıraktığı en değerli miras olacaktır. Kendisine Allah’tan rahmet, ailesine ve sevenlerine başsağlığı diliyorum.”
Gölbaşı’nın hafızasında silinmez bir iz bırakan Garip Kâmil’in, bölge müziğine ve sözlü edebiyatına katkılarıyla uzun yıllar anılmaya devam edeceği kaydedildi.
