CHP’nin Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkan Adayı Veli Ağbaba oldu

Malatya’da yerel seçimlerin heyecanı tüm hızıyla sürerken, CHP’nin Malatya Büyükşehir Belediye Başkan Adayı netleşti. Malatya Milletvekili Veli Ağbaba, CHP’nin bu önemli görevi için aday olarak belirlendi.

Son üç dönemdir AK Parti’nin adayları tarafından kazanılan Malatya belediye başkanlığı koltuğunda, CHP’nin adayı Veli Ağbaba ile mücadele farklı bir boyut kazanacak. Geçtiğimiz seçimde AK Parti’nin adayı Selahattin Gürkan yüzde 68.4 oy alarak kazanırken, CHP adayı Soner Gökçe ise yüzde 23 oyda kalmıştı.

Veli Ağbaba, 1968 yılında Malatya’nın Yazıhan ilçesinde doğdu. Eskişehir Anadolu Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İşletme Bölümü’nden mezun olan Ağbaba, lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra aile şirketinde çalışmıştır. 1994 yılından itibaren CHP Malatya İl Örgütü’nde çeşitli görevlerde bulunan Ağbaba, siyasi kariyerinde önemli adımlar atmıştır.

Veli Ağbaba’nın adaylığı, Malatya’da siyasi arenada yeni bir dönemin başlangıcını işaret ediyor. Ağbaba’nın, Malatya için vaat ettiği projeler ve getireceği yeniliklerle, kentin yönetiminde farklı bir vizyonun hayata geçirilmesi bekleniyor.

Malatya’da yerel seçim atmosferi, CHP’nin adayı Veli Ağbaba’nın liderliğindeki kampanya ile daha da kızışacak gibi görünüyor. Ağbaba’nın, kent sakinlerinin güvenini kazanarak Malatya’yı daha yaşanabilir bir şehir haline getirme hedefi, seçim sürecinde ön plana çıkacak.
