Üniversiteye 11 milyon TL değerinde teknolojik donanım desteği
Adıyaman Üniversitesi’ne Extreme Network/IFOKS Teknoloji A.Ş. tarafından 11 milyon TL değerinde teknolojik donanım bağışında bulunuldu.
Deprem felaketinin izlerini silmek için yoğun bir şekilde çalışan Rektör Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kelleş, Adıyaman Üniversitesi’ne büyük bir teknoloji bağışı yapılmasına vesile oldu.
Rektör Kelleş’in yoğun girişim ve görüşmeleri neticesinde Extreme Networks, Türkiye’deki iş ortağı Bilgi ve İletişim Şirketi IFOKS Teknoloji A.Ş. aracılığıyla üniversiteye piyasa değeri yaklaşık 11 milyon TL olan 800 adet yapay zeka tabanlı, tek merkezden yönetilebilen ve internet erişim hızı ile kapasitesini önemli ölçüde arttıran Access Point (Erişim Noktası) cihazlarını 5 yıllık lisanslarıyla birlikte bağışlandı. Hibe sayesinde öğrencilerin ve akademik/idari personellerin kablosuz internet erişim ihtiyacı sağlanacağı belirtildi.
Yetkililer, başta Extreme Networks Türkiye Ülke Müdürü Hakan Olgunsoy, IFOKS Teknoloji A.Ş. CEO’su Nihat Önal ve Genel Koordinatör Melih Somel olmak üzere, Extreme Networks ve IFOKS Teknoloji A.Ş. ailesine teşekkür etti.
