Adıyaman’ın Kahta ilçesinde, devriye gezen jandarma ekipleri tarafından şüpheli bir araçta yapılan aramada uyuşturucu madde ele geçirilirken, gözaltına alınan iki şüpheliden biri tutuklandı.
Kahta Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığınca yürütülen uyuşturucu suçları soruşturmaları kapsamında, Merkez Jandarma Karakol Komutanlığınca icra edilen sivil önleyici kolluk devriyesi esnasında park halinde şüpheli görülen araç içerisinde bulunan H.Ç. (23) ve M.P. (29) isimli şahısların kimlik sorgusu esnasında aracın sağ ön göğsünde duran poşet görülmüş, H.Ç. isimli şahıs kendi rızası ile poşeti jandarma ekiplerine teslim ederek poşet içerisine bakıldığında net ağırlığı 378.05 gram uyuşturucu madde olduğu sentetik kannabinoid ham maddesi (Bonzai) ve araç çevresi kontrolü yapıldığı esnada toprak zemin üzerinde 1 adet şeffaf poşet içerisinde net ağırlığı 1.14 gram uyuşturucu madde olduğu esrar maddesi tespit edildi.
Uyuşturucu veya uyarıcı madde ticareti yapma veya sağlama şüphesiyle jandarma ekipleri tarafından gözaltına alınarak adli mercilere sevk edilen şahıslardan H.Ç.’nin tutuklanarak cezaevine gönderildiği öğrenildi.
