Adıyaman Atatürk Bulvarı üzerinde motorla yarış yapan ve bunu instagramda yayınlayan trafik magandaları Adıyaman Emniyetinin sanal devriyesine yakalandı.
Adıyaman Merkez Atataürk Bulvarı’nı yarış pistine çeviren ve vatandaşların yoğun şikayetine konu olan motorsiklet sürücüleri emniyetin ‘sanal devriye’sinden kaçamadı.
Adıyaman Emniyet Müdürlüğü görevlilerince yürütülen ‘sanal devriye’ faaliyetleri kapsamında, instagram sosyal paylaşım sitesi kullanıcı hesapları ile herkese açık şekilde paylaşılan içerikte Atatürk Bulvarı üzerinde motosikletleriyle yarış yaptığı tespit edilen kişilerle ilgili inceleme başlatıldı. Tespiti yapılan araç sürücüsüne Trafik Denetleme Şube Müdürlüğü görevlilerince ”Karayollarında kamunun rahat ve huzurunu bozacak veya kişilere zarar verecek şekilde araç kullanmak” suçlarından idari para cezaları uygulandı.
Adıyaman Emniyet Müdürlüğü’nden yapılan açıklamada ayrıca, aynı şahıslara, “Türk Ceza Kanunun 179. maddesi gereği “Trafik Güvenliğini Tehlikeye Sokmak” suçundan da adli ve idari işlem yapıldığı bildirildi.
